Individual abutments

CAD/CAM titanium blocks for individual one-piece abutments.

By using original CAD/CAM titanium blocks, it is possible to create highly precise, patient-specific prosthetic restorations without adhesive bonding – cost-effectively and quickly. The provision of original titanium blocks from Dentaurum guarantees a perfect connection to the tioLogic^® ST implant thanks to their processability with the Medentika PreForm abutment holder, not only for abutment manufacture in-house, but also for manufacture off site. tioLogic^® CAD/CAM  titanium blocks are available in all three prosthetic series of abutments S, M and L for the tioLogic^® ST implant system. The accompanying scan abutments have been specially designed to ensure precise digital recording of the geometries in the relevant software.

Hybrid abutments

CAD/CAM titanium bases for individual hybrid abutments.

Original titanium bases from Dentaurum are used for the fabrication of customized hybrid abutments and are bonded to the CAD/CAM zirconium oxide ceramic mesostructures.

The geometry of the titanium bases was specially designed to ensure a reliable, aesthetic bond with the ceramic mesostructure.

tioLogic^® CAD/CAM titanium blocks are available in all three prosthetic series of abutments S, M and L for the tioLogic^® ST implant system.  The accompanying scan abutments have been specially designed to ensure precise digital recording of the geometries in the respective software.

Bar abutments

CAD/CAM scan caps titanium bar abutment for individual restorations on bar abutments.

Bar abutments in different gingival heights are available for bar restorations. Their function is to compensate implant divergences in order to create bridge restorations that are free of tension. Titanium, plastic, caps can be used on the bar abutments for the prosthetic restoration (adhesive technique).

Alongside standard impression-taking methods, it is also possible to take impressions directly on the bar abutment using the impression posts bar.

Bridge abutments

CAD/CAM scan caps titanium bridge abutment for individual restorations on bridge abutments.

Bridge abutments are availalbe in different gingiva heights for bridge restorations. These serve to compensate implant divergencies, allowing bridge restorations to be free of tension. Titanium and plastic caps can be used on the bridge abutments for prosthetic restorations.

Apart from classic impression-taking, it is possible to take impressions directly via the bridge abutments using the impression post bridge or digitally via the bridge abutments using the scan cap titanium bridge.

AngleFix abutments

CAD/CAM scan caps AngleFix abutment for individual restorations on AngleFix abutments.

With the AngleFix concept it is possible to make immediate restorations for edentulous patients using screw-retained bridges or bars in the maxilla or the mandible on tioLogic^® ST implants.

The AngleFix abutments are available for the implant lines S, M and L, straight (0°) and angled 18° and 32°. The angulated abutments can be precisely positioned using the integrated PentaStop^®. The design of the abutments allows deviations in the implant axes of up to 44°. Closure screws, impression posts, labor analogs, plastic and titanium caps are available for creating prosthetic restorations. Apart from classic impression-taking, it is possible to take impressions directly via the impression post AngleFix or digitally via the AngleFix abutments using the scan cap titanium AngleFix.
