The brand new CAD/CAM titanium base VARIO from Dentaurum comes with a revolutionary design offering efficient, flexible and reliable handling. It's an effective and innovative addition to the patented tioLogic® TWINFIT implant system – a system that has already convinced numerous users. The Abutment Switch allows you to change between cone and platform abutments at any time. You can also adapt the base to various heights and individually adjust the screw aperture, easily and digitally.
Complicated storing was yesterday – today is VARIO
The new tioLogic® TWINFIT CAD/CAM titanium base VARIO offers 4 different lengths that can be individually adjusted and a screw aperture that can be angulated up to 20°, all in one single product.
With a chimney height of 8.5 mm, the CAD/CAM titanium base VARIO offers optimum support for high restorations and increases the area to be bonded. The innovative design allows adhesive cylinder lengths from 4.0 mm to 8.5 mm in 1.5 mm steps. The CAD/CAM titanium base VARIO can easily be shortened using a separating disc, guided by lines indicating the heights. In one step, the preformed window can be removed to create an angulated screw aperture with an angle of up to 20%. All lengths, angulations, gingival heights and diameters (corresponding to the tioLogic® TWINFIT series of abutments S, M and L) are available as CAD/CAM files. The CAD/CAM titanium base VARIO offers you the choice between the conical and platform versions.
A change is possible at any time with the implant system tioLogic® TWINFIT: thanks to the innovative Abutment Switch, tioLogic® TWINFIT can hold conical and platform abutments. This way, the prosthetic implant restoration remains flexible, even after implant insertion, making it particularly easy to work efficiently.
