This fabrication technique is a combination of a digitally produced design of a restoration, its conversion into a blank using either a 3-D printer, a stereo-lithographic process or by milling from plastic or wax blanks and the conventional metal cast. In the case of cast framework structures fabricated using the CAD/Vest technology in particular, the fitting of the final product may be unsatisfactory if the contraction of the cast is not adequately taken into account. Dentaurum has both the know-how for the casting technique and the products - such as the mixing liquid Power Liquid - in order to achieve castings with a precise fit using remanium® cast alloys.
