SUS (Sabbagh Universal Spring) has proven its worth on the dental market for more than 20 years. The Sabbagh Universal Spring is a telescope element with a spring that can be used to achieve intermaxillary skeletal and dentoalveolar effects.

One for all - the multifunctional appliance
The SUS³ is used, among other things, for correcting distoclusion, molar distalization and for treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction. It is the ideal solution for patients with poor compliance, low residual growth, upper respiratory tract diseases, asthma or allergies to components in plastic.

Optimized mechanism of action
The telescope element has been further optimized and is highly resilient so it can be used longer without becoming ineffective. In addition, the spring effect is strengthened and the SUS³ remains active for longer. The SUS³ is gentle on the temporomandibular joint and helps to avoid the need for extractions and dysgnathic operations.
