The desktop Compact laser is notable for its state-of-the-art welding technology. The touchscreen is easy to use and the welding parameters can be easily set. Preset pulse shapes are clearly displayed in graphic form. Up to 40 proven welding settings can be stored and named. The required welding power can be selected both via the touchscreen and via the joysticks in the welding chamber, and remains in clear view throughout the welding process.

Now in its 11th generation and against a background of almost 30 years of experience, this laser unit is designed perfectly to suit the requirements for dental prosthetics and orthodontics. It is possible to safely create both delicate welds and deep welds for solid prosthetic joints. Training is uncomplicated since the unit is easy to operate and there are comprehensive training programs and welding examples. The compact and well-shaped unit fits on every work table; its ergonomic design means work is intuitive and relaxed. Joining is fast and effective and up to 80% faster than soldering. Maximum stability and unequaled accuracy mean a wide range of applications can be covered. Nearly all laser welding units built by Dentaurum are still in daily use.
