tioLogic© easyClean

Cleaning - so easy

The tioLogic© easyClean is a wash tray that contains all the rotary instruments and accessory components needed for implantation. They are arranged according to the operation sequence. For optimal orientation there is a colour-coded and laser-labelled plastic clip beside each instrument. The used instruments and accessory components are put back in the corresponding slots directly after each use. This increases safety during implantation as all instruments are always located in the intended place. After implantation, the completely packed tioLogic© easyClean is transferred to the machine treatment cycle. Small parts and accessory components to be disassembled are placed in the mesh tray.

The tioLogic© surgical tray contains all the instruments and accessories required for implant placement. It has been designed to provide an efficient procedure and ensures a reliable, systematic technique. The standard aluminium container and stainless steel insert have been designed to comply with current sterilization and cleaning guidelines. The standard aluminium container has integrated hydrophilic PTFE filters.

Compact layout

The tioLogic© instrument tray contains all the essential accessories required for implant exposure, gingiva forming and fitting the prosthetic restoration. It can also be used in conjunction with single-patient drills when preparing the implant site.
The tioLogic© instrument tray is made from high-strength plastic and the lid is made from anodized aluminium.

Osteotome Tray

For optimum implant sites

Osteotomes were designed for optimizing the implants site. The osteotomes and bone chisels are matched exactly to tioLogic© implants and provide them with three extra indications. They can be used for bone condensation, partial sinus lifting and horizontal bone extension. The straight and angled osteotome inserts are available in various diameters. The slender bone spreading chisels are available in various widths. All osteotomes and bone chisels include depth markings matched to tioLogic© implants and are easily and quickly replaced in the anatomically shaped universal holder.

The sterile single-use products of the Tiodrape product range guarantee optimal hygiene and protection for the operator during dental surgery.
