TAD & SUS² workshop in Istanbul

Dentaurum warmly invites you to join the International Orthodontic Workshop in Istanbul in October 2018. We look forward to welcoming participants from around the globe from 19 – 20 October to an interesting workshop on TADs (temporary anchorage devices) and SUS2 (Sabbagh Universal Spring) with renowned speakers.
True to the motto "Meet the Experts", Dr. Sebastian Baumgaertel from the USA, Dr. Fady Hussein Fahim from Egypt and Dr. DDS/Syr. Aladin Sabbagh from Germany will accompany the participants throughout the workshop. Dr. Baumgaertel has his own orthodontic office in Cleveland, USA and serves as Director of the subspeciality clinic for skeletal anchorage and as instructor of the orthodontic biomechanics course at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Dr. Sabbagh has developed an extremely effective appliance, SUS2, for treating Class II anomalies. He can look back on more than 500 seminars, lectures and articles on the subject of "temporomanidbular joint disorder" (CMD), "Compliance-free orthodontics with SUS2 / tomas®-pins" and "Adult orthodontics / trouble shooting". Dr. Fahim currently holds a lectureship in the orthodontics department at Cairo University. He also has his own dental office in Cairo. His specialist areas include cleft lip and palatal surgery, skeletal anchorage systems and orthognathic surgery.
All three experts will guide participants through the most important questions on non-compliance orthodontics, including the subjects SUS2, tomas® and CBCT guidelines. There will be hands-on workshops following the lectures to practice and consolidate the subjects learned. Participants will be divided into two groups to ensure the best support possible.

Participants can look forward to an exclusive experience in Swissôtel The Bosphorus, situated in the heart of the shopping and business quarter Nisantasi. From the hotel, there is a unique view of the Bosphorus – the strait connecting the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara – and all of the main tourist attractions can be easily reached.The number of participants is limited so we recommend you book early. The last date for registration is 31 August; the course will be held in English.
