Excellent colour stability
The thermo colouration process
The thermo colouration process, developed exclusively for the colouration of CCS, CARMEN® and Triceram®, guarantees homogenous and lasting colour, even after multiple firings.
|
|
|
|
Exceptional, consistent and high material stability
Working safety
During the production of CCS, the raw product is put under extreme conditions such as thermal treatment and the thermo colouration process. Before it is ready for use, CCS has already been tested beyond the normal applicatory requirements.

New evaluation of shade components
Opaque – Dentin – Incisal
With the new opaque, dentin and incisal colours it is possible to achieve perfect aesthetical results in just a few steps by using simple, standard build-up techniques. Additional colours are not necessary.

Easy build-up technique
Only a few steps to successful results
The new CCS System from Esprident is a manageable ceramic program which contains only a small number of essential components. Using simple build-up techniques it is possible to reproduce teeth resembling that of natural dentition.

Staying independent and flexible
Freedom of choice with the alloy
CCS is compatible with a whole range of bonding alloys. CCS is especially suited to biocompatible alloys, non-precious alloys such as remanium® and Galvanogold.

Perfectly in tune with one another
Completely compatible with CARMEN®
The new CCS system is completely compatible with the well proven CARMEN® ceramic system and can be easily complemented with CARMEN® product components. The difference lies in the simplified build-up technique (Opaque - Dentin - Incisal) due to the new ceramic colouration.
