tioLogic© easyClean Wash Tray

Time-saving and improved hygiene

Practice-proven surgical tray

Reliable, intuitive, user-friendly design

The tioLogic© surgical tray contains all the surgical instruments (reusable) and accessories required for implant placement. It has been designed to provide an efficient procedure and ensures a reliable, systematic technique.
The standard aluminium container and stainless steel insert have been designed to comply with sterilization and cleaning guidelines. The standard aluminium container has integrated hydrophilic PTFE filters.

Optimized instrument tray

Compact layout

The tioLogic© instrument tray contains all the essential accessories required for implant exposure, gingiva forming and fitting the prosthetic restoration. It can also be used in conjunction with single-patient drills when preparing the implant site.
The tioLogic© instrument tray is made from high-strength plastic and the lid is made from anodized aluminium.

Clear colour-coded identification system

Reliable, quick, efficient technique

All surgical instruments (reusable) have a different coloured ring on the shank for clear identification of the diameter. The colour code for the diameter corresponds to that of the implant.
The plastic implant holders are also colour coded to indicate the relevant diameter.

Laser marking

Quick, clear identification

The instruments have clearly legible laser printing on the shank (giving the diameter or length or both depending on the type of instrument).

All other components, closure screws, gingiva formers, impression components and prosthetic abutments, are laser marked with an S, M or L to correspond clearly with the respective implant platform.

Integrated depth stop

Reliable, precise limitation of the depth

All essential preparation instruments have an integrated depth stop. In contrast to instruments with markings, the depth stop ensures that, even with a poor view, the insertion depth determined at the treatment planning stage is precisely maintained. This ensures that preparation is safe and simple.

Innovative implant holder

Manual or handpiece implant insertion

All tioLogic© implants are gamma-sterilized and double-packed. The implant is protected by a glass container and shrink-wrapped blister packaging. It is attached to a colour-coded implant holder. The operator removes the tioLogic© implant and, depending on the indication, can place it directly or use a manual or handpiece extension. This ensures easy, quick and case-specific implant placement.
