rematitan® as powder material

for laser melting techniques

rematitan® is available also for selective Laser Melting. As a result, titanium is now available for conventional casting techniques and laser melting techniques using powder material.

Every casting ingot is marked with the name Tritan / rematitan® M, a purity grade and a batch number. Only material with certified with a DIN standard is used.

Chemical purity minimum 99.5 % Titan

Numerous studies prove: Even in comparison to gold, there is no other metallic material which is more compatible than titanium.

Tritan

Applicable for all restorations

Dentaurum provides, under the brandname Tritan, pure titanium in ingots of different sizes which can be used in the titanium casting machines. Each ingot is marked with the name Tritan, the purity grade and batch number. Thus, Dentaurum ensures that only DIN Standard Tritan titanium of proper purity grade is used for dental castings.

Ti 1 – with low oxygen content. Applicable for all restorations.
Very good castability.

 

rematitan® M

Applicable for partial dentures, delicate implants or suprastructures

Dentaurum provides, under the brandname rematitan® M, pure titanium in ingots which can be used in the titanium casting machines. Each ingot is marked with the name rematitan® M, the purity grade and batch number. Thus, Dentaurum ensures that only DIN Standard rematitan® M titanium of proper purity grade is used for dental castings.

Ti 4 – Higher figures in elongation, proof stress and elasticity.
For Partial dentures, delicate implants or suprastructures.
